The US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) voted not to review lower court decisions on allegations of voter fraud in the November 2020 presidential election. Four out of nine justices are required to secure a review. But only three justices voted to accept cases of voter fraud.
We already know that lower US courts have become increasingly infested with left-liberals over the last decades and many conservatives are reluctant to think that SCOTUS is any different. The previous two nominated to SCOTUS by former president Trump are Brett B. Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. They are both considered to represent conservative values, but they have yet again chosen to turn their blind eye, maybe in fear of what they may learn. 80% of conservative voters believe that Joe Biden and the Democrats stole the election. The SCOTUS decision spells dire consequences for voter confidence in coming elections. In this context, I find it incredibly baffling that any justice, regardless of political beliefs, would even consider voting against a review that could have laid the fraud allegations to rest.
A court review and conclusion could have restored faith in our democratic systems. Justices Kavanaugh and Barret failed to step up when the American republic needed them the most. They seem not to have neither conviction nor the spine necessary to protect the Constitution against political attacks from the left.
Individuals and states have contested the elections result in a democratic manner set forth by the Constitution, i.e. by bringing the case before the courts. This is the American way to settle disputes. Mainstream media has gone to great length to describe the court cases as frivolous while at the same time claiming that the 2020 election was the “most secure in American history”. The last four years have proven beyond any doubt that mainstream media has no credibility in objective journalism. Big Media have become propaganda outlets for the political left.
In our search for truth we have to look to alternative media outlets where some have reported allegations of widespread elections irregularities. Some evidence suggests blatant criminal fraud. The evidence presented and rejected by the lower courts claims that absentee ballots were accepted even though they did not comply with statutory rules. The case for the Georgia election claimed 450 607 ballots were false and should have been rejected. Only 11 000 votes would have flipped the election in Trump’s favour, and that is why it is so important to identify the facts for all contested states. Voters deserve and need to know what really happened before, during and after the election.
The Democrats and some feckless Republicans have rejected any investigation in voter fraud allegations. The tragic Capitol Hill debacle prevented the debate that should have taken place in the Congress, and now our highest court has finally welded a lid on the barrel of truth. They have in effect instructed Americans to remain silent and ask no more questions.
Truthseekers are defamed, denounced and compared with Nazis and Holocaust deniers. Cancel culture calls for submission to ideology, and the scare tactics sadly work. We may never learn the truth about the 2020 election. Election integrity is definitely a thing of the past.
